Dues are $70 with a $35 initiation fee. Annual dues are payable in January.

Cards Keys

The new card lock has been in place since the start of 2007 membership year. The new cards are the same size as the old card but are made of plastic. The new card readers will not have a slot. All that you have to do is bring the card close to reader to open the door or gate. These cards are also more durable than the current keys so we will not have to reissue new cards each year. Please note when you renew your membership, you will not be sent a new card as in the past with the old style card – so – retain your present card. If you lose or destroy the card, a replacement will be made available at a cost of $15.00.

Guest Policy

Club members are permitted (even encouraged) to bring guests to the Club to show them the facilities, meet the members, and see what activities we have to offer.  However, we do not have unlimited visiting rights for non-members.  If your buddy comes a couple of times, and likes what he sees, then he should buy his own membership.  We do not have a two-for-the-price-of–one  membership policy.

Work Days and Dues Vouchers

We have recently had a large increase in the price of the Club insurance – enough that we have to have a dues increase.  Coincidentally, we have a problem with participation at work days.  Of our 200 members, the normal turnout for a work day is five or six people which makes it very difficult to get all the chores done, and we end up having to pay more money to get things done.

If you participate in a club work party and work more than 4 hours, you will be issued a voucher good for a $20 reduction in annual dues. Only one voucher can be redeemed per year.

Club members are welcome to hunt the Club grounds if they wish, however there are some restrictions that you must be aware of and comply with.  First, you must fill out and sign a liability waiver and have it on file with the Board of Directors.  These forms are available at any Club meeting, and may be filled out and turned-in the same evening.  Secondly, while hunting on the club grounds, you must be wearing Hunter Orange, and thirdly, you must have a valid N.Y. State Hunting License.  Anyone who fails to meet these requirements while hunting will be considered to be trespassing, and will be treated accordingly. These new requirements are mandated by the insurance company which provides our liability policy.  Signs will be posted near the parking lot to help remind you of the new policy
